Vincenzo de Conti, his wife and children settled in the South West of France in the 1920s. In the 1960s, Primo de Conti, his son took over the family farm with Michelle, his wife who also raised some horses and his brother Albert. Belonging to the third generation, Luc, guided by his passion for horses, moved to Les Gendres in the early 1980s. Luc recovers a few hectares of old vines and also plants new plots, assisted by his wife Martine, who takes care of also reception at the estate.
Francis, his cousin with whom he grew up in this big smala, joined the farm a few years later. Its 20 hectares of Saint Julien d'Eymet vines are added to the Gendres and Grand Caillou vineyards and it supports the cultivation of the vines.
