This wine comes exclusively from the vineyards of Domaine Marcel DEISS. It is produced each year from 13 Alsatian grape varieties grown and harvested together, pressed and vinified with the greatest respect, the softest technology and without oenological inputs. These grapes express the Alsatian plurality and we are happy to produce a wine that expresses our attachment to our region, its grape varieties and its traditions.

Type: Pale yellow color, green reflections. Lively, fruity nose, mixing notes of lemon, white flowers, pineapple and yellow peach. The palate is nervous and remarkably fruity, combining the fat, salinity and sap of a ripe wine with the freshness of a thirst-quenching wine.
