This wine is produced from ripe grapes, cuvés with the greatest respect and without oenological inputs. These grapes express the depth of the Alsatian Terroir and we are happy to produce a wine that expresses our attachment to our region: deep color, complex and aromatic nose reminiscent of the Côte de Nuits, silky mouth and intense salivation. Alsace Rouge will be the companion of all your dishes calling for a fruity red with lively tannins.
