From organic farming, Ultimatum Climat is a wine from the Beaujolais region on the AOC Chénas. the 2014 vintage has a ruby red color, with a nose of ripe red fruits and spices. The palate is fresh and greedy on red fruit, too, with a light finish on liquorice. A gourmet, tender and pure wine.
