Whiskey MICHEL COUVREUR - The Unique - 44%

Maison Michel Couvreur, now managed by his son-in-law, is an independent Belgian bottler of Scottish whiskey whose aging cellars are located in Bouze-lès-Beaune, in Burgundy.

"Blend" made from various cereals and aged 4 years in oak barrels. Opaline tint. Iodized scent with a hint of almond. Nerve and roundness. T he Unique Whiskey is reduced to 44% alcohol with pure Pentland Hills water.

Gourmand, The Unique Whiskey Michel Couvreur is drunk as an aperitif, at low temperature, or even chilled. Light and fine, it is worked to obtain an aperitif whiskey that will not affect the tasting of a wine during the meal.
