Château Les Graves de Viaud - TERROIR - Biodynamics 2014 - MAGNUM

 In the heart of the Côtes de Bourg, Le Château Les Graves de Viaud, covers 15 ha on a south-facing hillside made up of vines, meadows and woods. It is in this beautiful environment that 11.5 ha of vines are planted on gravel clay soils. The estate has existed since 1850, cited in the Féret since 1875. In 1994, the property changed hands, the new owners built new cellars and vinified themselves.

It was here in 2010 that Philllipe Betschart decided to live his passion for wines to the end, lovers of great local wines, he logically undertook to lead the vines in organic and biodynamic agriculture (DEMETER) in order to extract all the quintessence of this beautiful terroir.
