The cuvée "La petite robe peivrée" comes from vines aged 66 years on average, and planted at the top of the slopes of the Montagne-Saint-Emilion appellation, whose south / south-west orientation allows maximum sunshine. Natural ventilation also ensures good sanitary quality of the grapes. The wine is made from a blend of the best Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, to which the well advanced age of the vines gives a beautiful concentration of aromas, fully transmitted to the final juice.
2011 vintage:
Very beautiful and intense purple color. Fruity, spicy (pepper) andpurenose. Delicately velvety entry into the mouth. The wine begins to meltwith race and a lot of fruit in the middle. Quite full, it ends witha dynamic finish, with coated tannins. Fun and good looks.A lot of precision in the constitution of the texture.
All the spirits offered are in stock and also available in our store at 3 rue Lucien Faure in BORDEAUX - Line stop B/7/32 Cité du vin
