The vineyard is made up of 5 Jura grape varieties, Ploussard, Pinot, Trousseau, Savagnin, Chardonnay, with a particularity, the cuvée Rouge Queue 100% Melon which is a variety of Chardonnay abandoned since the 1970s.
This Savagnin on skin maceration is a complex wine, quite round in the mouth and of an old gold color. It is essential to decant it 1 hour before tasting.
