The Château des Mailles estate has belonged to the LARRIEU family SINCE 1734. It is located on the right bank of the Garonne, on a clay-limestone hillside resting on huge beds of fossilized oysters, facing south, Respecting tradition for 6 generations , Laurence LARRIEU practice manual harvesting by successive sorting when the grapes are ripe with noble rot and vinification in vats which precede aging in oak barrels.
