RHUM CLAIRIN - White rum - Communal - Blend of the 4 communes - 43%

The rums of the house Clairin are artisan rums and authentic, from the purest tradition of Clairin. The sugar canes used do not come from hybrid lines and are cultivated with care in the respect of the traditions and the environment (certified organic). They are then harvested by hand and transported to the distillery using traditional Cabriolets (ox carts) where they will be distilled fresh. The fermentations will start spontaneously then the distillation will be done in stills heated to bare fire, finally the rum will be bottled to the natural degree.

This white rum Clairin Communal is a blend of rums from the four communes Sajous, Vaval, Casimir and Le Rocher. A unique and sublime marriage of small distilleries that showcases with precision and accuracy the quality of all. A white rum of wonderful complexity.
