The Valjulius estate is located in a small typical Languedoc village, in Corneilhan, a few kilometers from Béziers. The owner of the Valjulius estate is Julien Sarda, who previously worked with Jean-Michel Alquier. The 8 hectare vineyard of the Valjulius estate allows the production of 5 wines: 2 reds, 1 dry white, 1 rosé and a muscat.

The Signature cuvée is a selection of the oldest vines on the estate. 100% Syrah .
Extraction and finesse guide this wine. Aging for 12 months in oak barrels.
