Côtes du Marmandais

Blend of a majority of Sauvignon blanc (60%), Sauvignon Gris (10%) and Sémillon (30%), this high-quality white wine comes from clay-gravelly soils on blue marl subsoils. Following careful cultivation of the vines, Elian Da Ros, a great enthusiast, proceeds to slow pressing, then the aging and fermentation are carried out in casks and concrete eggs for 19 months.

Coucou Blanc has an atypical and delicate profile, focused on floral notes on the nose, rich, greedy and delicate in the mouth. A little nugget!
