The presence of vines in this region dates back to Gallo-Roman times. In this Château Saint Maur Cru Classé de Provence, each plot is subject to specific care. Following full crushing and destemming, the wines are vinified with a fresh and limpid outlook to give birth to a wine that is both elegant and complex.

This wine is the result of a subtle blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Tibouren, Rolle, Ugni B, Mourvedre, Clairette, Cabernet and Carigan.
