Exceptional whisky

This exceptional whisky is the result of the Mars distillery's deep expertise, renowned for its innovative approach to studying the influence of different Japanese climates on the aging of its whiskies. To achieve this, the distillery has invested in three warehouses strategically located in Shinshu, Tsunuki, and Yakushima.

This single malt was initially distilled in Shinshu, nestled at 800 meters altitude in the highest warehouse in Japan, thus ensuring purity and finesse thanks to the mountain air. It then underwent a unique aging process on Yakushima Island, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1993. The uniqueness of this island lies in its exceptional climate, with humidity levels above 75%, which imparts the whisky with complex aromas delicately imbued with maritime nuances, offering an unforgettable tasting experience.
