Whiskey

This whiskey is the fruit of in-depth work by the Mars distillery which seeks to compare the impact of the different climates of Japan on the aging of their whiskeys, so they have acquired 3 cellars in Shinshu, Tsunuki and Yakushima.

This whiskey was first distilled in Shinshu, at an altitude of 800m in the highest altitude cellar in Japan. It was then aged on the island of Yakushima (classified by UNESCO since 1993), the peculiarity of this island comes from its atmosphere with a humidity rate of over 75% which gives the whiskey clearly nuanced aromas. maritime.
