Pastis 1811 - Distillery Lemercier - 1 liter - 45% This traditional 1811 Pastis is produced by the Lermercier Frères distillery. A great classic resulting from the maceration and distillation of mugwort, wormwood, gentian, licorice, star anise, etc. Originally, the Lemercier distillery produced absinthe, a drink that fell out of favor in the face of the rise of the wine, but which will return a few years later with a different recipe: Le Pastis. This Pastis 1811 is therefore the result of a past time, the culmination of a house that goes through crises and governments by adapting forever to produce the best possible products since 1811.
