For greater complexity and finesse, this high-intensity heating core is left for several months in open stainless steel tanks to gain precision through esterification. Like all traditional cachaças, it is distinguished by a very broad aromatic palette, marked in particular by aromas of flowers, banana and freshly cut grass.
Fresh and vegetal. Nose: Smooth and mineral. Fresh grass and peach notes. Palate: White and yellow fruits. Earthy and honeyed notes. Finale: Mineral and herbaceous.
