KIRK AND SWEENEY- 25 years old - XO - Wooden Box - 65.50%

This Hispanic-type rum was bottled in hand-blown crystal bottles one by one. This blend of several old casks with an average of 25 years was bottled at 65.50%. Kirk & Sweeney XO with a deep amber robe hides an unparalleled character. On the nose dominates aromas of dried fruit with a hint of caramel. On the palate, rich flavors of toasted oak and vanilla envelop the palate, enhanced by spicy notes and a long and warm finish. This limited edition bottle is reminiscent of the old bottles used in the past by smugglers during American prohibition. A beautiful bottle with letters painted in gold by hand in a beautiful wooden box.
