Domaine de Clovallon - Pinot Noir 2019

The Domaine de Clovallon covers ten hectares in the Haut-Languedoc mountains. The vines are exposed to the north on the slopes of a dolomitic valley. The proximity of the mountains tempers the heat of summer, and the cool nights preserve the aromas and the acid balance of the grapes. The biodynamic work is Demeter certified, the harvest is manual and the natural vinifications express the finesse of these altitude wines. Alix Roque took over the family estate in 2012.
