The Ti Ced philosophy was born in 2011 at the initiative of Cédric Brément, then driven by a desire to share his passion for high-quality arranged rums. The idea germinated in his childhood thanks to his grandfather who always knew how to create a convivial moment with his homemade Ti Punch.
The ingredients are all 100% natural and aim to boost the local economy fairly. The rums are carefully selected in the West Indies, the fruits are harvested at maturity from producers whom Cédric knows personally and the cane sugar syrup is specifically made to enhance Ced's Rums. Cédric is equipped with a cellar in which he ages his rums, refines them from a few months to several years and sometimes even blends them in barrels of ex-wines from France and ex-spirits from Europe. The workshop is certified Organic and the quality of his rums has earned him the qualification of "Master Craftsman".
