Eagle Rare is a brand of Bourbon produced by the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky, United States. Originally, Eagle Rare was a multi-barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon introduced by Seagram in 1975. The rights to the trademark were purchased by the Sazerac Company in 1989 and the original version of the whiskey was discontinued in 2005.
