La Ferme du Pressoir is located in Craon, in Mayenne. It is managed by Sonia and Rémy Viel, producers and processors of cider apples and pears for 5 generations. On 19 hectares, they produce cider, apple juice, Pommeau du Maine AOC, perry, eaux de vie (Fine du Maine, Poire William) as well as jams prepared with farm fruits (pear, mirabelle plum ...) and Pommé (traditional apple-based jam).
