WESTLAND - American Single Malt - American Oak - 46%

Westland Distillery is located in Seattle, in the United States of America. It was co-founded in 2010 by Matt Hofmann, the master distiller. The distillery takes its water from the Cedar River Watershed and seven varieties of malt are used to produce the whiskey. The team is also involved in the Garry Oak Restauration project, that consists in planting a 4-hectare nature preserve just outside Tacoma, Washington.

This Single Malt whiskey was matured 40 months in Cooper’s Reserve American oak (new and used), first fill ex-Bourbon casks, first and second fill ex-Oloroso hogheads and butts.
