Domaine Mabillot - Reuilly Blanc 2020

Domaine Mabillot is located in Sainte-Lizaigne, in the Reuilly appellation in the Loire Valley. The estate was created in the 1990s by Alain Mabillot and is today managed by his two sons Matthieu and Renaud. The vineyard, managed in a sustainable way, extends over 8 hectares. 

This Reuilly Blanc is made from Sauvignon Blanc from a 5.5-hectare plot located on the localities Montcocu and Les Lignis. The grapes are put in direct pressing at low pressure followed by cold settling for 24 hours. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats and the wine is aged on fine lees with stirring for 5 months.
