The Bimber Distillery is located in London , England . It was founded by whiskey lovers ( Ewelina Chruszczyk and Dairusz Plazewski ), with a mission to produce high quality spirits with character, using traditional methods rarely seen today.

Bimber Kumquat Gin is made from eight plants , including kumquat (Juniper, Kumquat, Coriander, Lemon, Orange, Orris, Angelica, Grapefruit) . Native to China, this rare and naturally small citrus variety grows slowly, producing very large, deliciously fragrant fruits. Kumquat Gin is handcrafted by experts at the London distillery. It presents itself as a classic Gin with juniper and citrus fruits. It can be enjoyed as a simple Gin & Tonic, served with a little sparkling water or ginger ale on ice or even as a Martini.
