Champagne Guiborat - Téthys - Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2017

Champagne Guiborat is located in Cramant, in the Côte des Blancs in Champagne. The property is managed by Richard Fouquet, 5th generation of passionate winegrowers in Cramant and his wife Karine, oenologist. The 8-hectare vineyard is planted in the Grands Crus Cramant and Chouilly. 

Téthys 2017 is made entirely from Chardonnay, from 4 plots. The wine is vinified in vats, and partially in barrels. It is aged for 23 months, and rests for an additional 7 months in the bottle after disgorging. This is an Extra-Brut Champagne dosed at 2.5 g / L.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
