This high quality stainless steel Hawthorne colander is made from 18/8 Japanese steel. It's a classic bar tool for use with a Boston shaker or mixing glass. This strainer filters out ice and unwanted solid ingredients from cocktails. A strong rounded handle provides a comfortable grip compared to common flat handle colanders. The premium Japanese steel spring stands up to daily trials.
