Gadyamb - Tizane - Aromatic Plants & Herbs - 30%

Gadyamb is a brand of arranged rums created by Etienne and Julien . They met in 1999, in Saint Joseph, at the southern tip of Reunion Island and left the island to do their higher education in France. In 2018, they put their professional careers as a media consultant and chef on hold to embark on a project imagined during the long metropolitan winters: Les Arrangés Gadyamb . Gadyamb's know-how is based on three fundamental pillars: trusted partners (caring producers, concerned about respecting the land and traditions), the selection of ingredients (fruit picked at perfect ripeness, cut and processed by hand to keep all their flavors) and an original method (maceration in barrels before filtration, for a stable end product, without impurities).

Tizane is an arranged rum composed of IGP rum from Réunion , with 7 aromatic plants and herbs accompanied by bibasses (yellow-fleshed fruits). It refers to “rom tizane”, an arranged rum traditionally made with herbs and plants from the garden by the elders for medicinal purposes (back pain, osteoarthritis, muscle pain, etc.).
