Trullo di Noha - Primitivo 2021

Trullo di Noha is located in Salento, in Puglia , Italy . The vineyards of Trullo di Noha are located in Galatina in the province of Lecce (the baroque city of Puglia and southern Italy), in the regions of Tripiedi Romanizze Credenzieri and Monaci, where all the grapes are grown with respect for organic farming methods . The energy consumption of the winery is supported by a photovoltaic system with an annual energy balance which aims at total self-sufficiency. Every detail of the winery has been designed and built to optimize energy consumption.

This wine is made from the local Primitivo grape (also known as Zinfandel). It is vinified in stainless steel vats .
