Valinch & Mallet is an independent bottling company created by two friends, coming from different backgrounds and united by the common passion for whisky, the desire to turn it into a profession and to share its fruits with everyone. Davide Romano and his friend select Single Casks of whiskeys and rums, mature them and bottle them without chill filtration and without adding colorings.

This rum is part of the Spirit of Art 4 series. It was column distilled at the Travelers Liquor distillery in Belize in 2006 and aged for 16 years. This Single Cask ( #3) produced 317 bottles . The design is made by Oscar Contreras Rojas .
