Copper Dog is an iconic blend from the prestigious Speyside region in Scotland, world-renowned for its exceptional whiskies. This unique cuvée was conceived by Piers Adam, a visionary entrepreneur and founder of some of the most influential bars and clubs globally, such as the famous Mahiki and Whiskey Mist in London. In 2014, Piers Adam acquired the Craigellachie hotel, where, inspired by the local legends of Speyside smugglers, he named the hotel pub "Copper Dog" and launched the creation of a whisky of the same name, whose recipe was carefully tested and approved by regulars of local pubs.
This exceptional blended malt results from the meticulous blending of eight different Single Malts exclusively from Speyside, crafted under the expert guidance of master blender Stuart Morrison. This whisky was designed to offer a tasting experience both neat and in cocktails, thus enhancing the fruity notes and the roundness characteristic of this Scottish region.
Non-peated whisky, with a soft and balanced profile
