Jean Cavé Armagnacs are produced in Lannepax , in the Gers . The history of the Jean Cavé house began in 1883, when Mr. Jean Cavé, winegrower in Lannepax, set up as a "boiler breeder" surrounded by his wife and two sons. Located in the heart of the Armagnac appellation, this house will see four generations succeed one another who will excel in the distillation, breeding and aging of Armagnac eaux-de-vie. Today, it is rich in more than 130 years of transmitted traditions, that the stock made up of old Armagnacs allows the Jean Cavé house to offer its customers a range of unique products.
The Vintages come from a single harvest year and have not been blended with different vintages. We thus find all the singularity of the vintage , the specificities of a year, the reflection of the climatic conditions which saw it born.
