Sydonios - L'Esthète - UBA Collection - Mouth-blown crystal decanter

Sydonios is a young French brand born in Bordeaux which produces lead-free crystal glasses , mouth-blown by master glassmakers in the Bohemian region. Sydonios has carried out an unprecedented scientific project in collaboration with more than 100 professionals from the world of fine wines in order to produce the most precise glasses for tasting. Only the 2 most precise lenses were retained and were baptized the Esthete and the Universal. Since then the collection has grown: Le Subtil has been added to the Racine Range , and a Terroir Range made up of three glasses is also available. Since 2022, the UBA Range has been created with the aim of limiting waste. Sydonios tasting glasses are unique in their finesse and extreme lightness . The perfect proportions of these glasses will fully express the characteristics of your great wines, Sydonios glasses leave nothing to chance and respect the work of the winegrowers.

The UBA Range stands for “ Unperfect But Amazing ”. She builds up stocks that show small imperfections related to the artisanal manufacture of glassware, often micro-bubbles in the crystal. These imperfections do not affect the quality of the product. This range therefore allows Sydonios to limit waste by giving a second life to glasses and carafes that would have been destroyed in order to respect purely aesthetic criteria.

The design of the Esthète carafe has been imagined to accommodate structured and powerful wines.
