Bombay Sapphire is a brand of Gin created in 1987, and today belonging to the Bacardi group. Its name alludes to the popularity of Gin in India during the era of British rule. It is sold in a transparent blue bottle, the label bearing the effigy of Queen Victoria.

It is made from extracts of almond (Spain), lemon peel (Spain), liquorice (China), juniper (Italy), iris (Italy), angelica (Saxony), coriander (Morocco), cinnamon (India and China), cubeb (Java) and grains of paradise (West Africa). The Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru celebrates the best citrus fruits from Murcia , Spain.
