Belle de Brillet - Pear and Cognac Liqueur - 70cl - 30%
Maison Brillet is located in Graves-Saint-Amant, at a place called Les Aireaux, in Charente . The story begins in 1656 with the birth of Guy Brillet, founding father of the wine estate in the very heart of the Cognac region. Vivien Brillet, 7th generation, inaugurated the trading house in 1850 by creating the distillery and the cellars. It was the beginning of the rise of Maison Brillet, which Raymond and his son Jean would develop at the turn of the 1920s, creating their own brand of Cognac, in Petite and Grande Champagne, and Pineau des Charentes. Thus, 10 generations of the Brillet family follow one another, passing on and keeping alive the family heritage with passion. In 1985, Jean-Louis Brillet invented Belle de Brillet, a unique pear and Cognac liqueur .
La Belle de Brillet is made from Williams pears distilled in Anjou. The liqueur also contains fresh vanilla from Madagascar. It contains 200 g/L of sugar.
