Gin Bareksten is a Norwegian distillery founded in 2016 by Stig Bareksten , a spirits enthusiast and former biathlon champion. The distillery is located in the city of Bergen, on the west coast of Norway. Besides Gin, the Bareksten Distillery also offers a range of liqueurs and aquavit, as well as tasting experiences for visitors. The Bareksten Distillery prides itself on its commitment to sustainability and uses local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Gin Bareksten is made from Norwegian potatoes , juniper berries, angelica root, coriander, lemon and orange zest, as well as other carefully selected ingredients such as blueberries, lingonberries , rhubarb and mint.
