Hartshorn Vodka is a craft vodka produced in Tasmania by the Hartshorn Distillery . In addition to Hartshorn Vodka, the Hartshorn Distillery also produces other craft spirits, including gin and whisky, all made with premium, local ingredients.

This vodka is produced from organic sheep's milk, which makes it one of a kind. The distillery uses sheep's milk , which is the by-product of cheese production. The whey is fermented with yeast and double distilled in a copper pot still, resulting in a smooth, refined vodka.
