Horgelus - Le Bal des Papillons - Moelleux 2022
Horgelus is a wine estate located in Montreal, in the Gers . This region, renowned for centuries thanks to its Armagnac, today reveals itself as one of the most promising French appellations thanks to the increasing quality of its local wines. The estate was created in 1978 by Joseph Le Menn , of Breton origin. It is today managed by Yoan Le Menn , his son. The property extends over 90 hectares of vines, and more than 30 hectares of woods and meadows.
Le Bal des Papillons is a blend of Gros Manseng (60%) and Petit Manseng (40%) , grown on a clay terroir. This sweet wine contains 55 g/L of residual sugar.
