Compagnie des Indes - Cannonball n°13 - 46%
Compagnie des Indes was created in 2014 by Florent Beuchet , an independent bottler from Burgundy. The idea originated from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India Companies of the 17th and 18th centuries, who selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Compagnie des Indes Rums are selected with great rigor. They are bottled in Single Casks or assembled, in order to bring out the typicality and quality of each destination.
Boulet de Canon No.13 is a blend of old rums from Panama and Nicaragua , aged for 8 months in peated whiskey barrels then smoked in hay with maceration for 48 hours.
