Zero Nine Spirits (Zn09) is an independent bottling company, founded in 2022 by two friends, Grégory and Alain . The two spirits enthusiasts are from Ariège and after years of experience in this field, they in turn decided to share their ideas of blending, aging and refining.

This edition is a whiskey from the Westland Distillery located in Seattle, United States . It was distilled in 2014 and aged in barrels that contained rye whiskey. It was then refined in barrels that contained Madeira wine. 309 bottles were produced.
