JNPR Spirits is a company specializing in the creation of non-alcoholic “spirits” . It was founded by Valérie de Sutter . The distillery is located in Turenne, in Corrèze and the range today consists of several “gins”, vermouth and bitters to make alcohol-free cocktails. A month after launching the brand, Valérie de Sutter signed a partnership with a French farmer to plant juniper bushes, with the aim of using local juniper berries.

JNPR No.1 consists of distillates of plants, fruits and spices; juniper berries, coriander, allspice, cinnamon, ginger, cubeb, green cardamom, quassia amarra, angelica seed, apples. It has a fresh and herbaceous profile for making classic Gin Tonics, Gin Sours or even Cosmopolitans.
