Domaine Pierrick Bouley - Aloxe Corton 2022

Domaine Pierrick Bouley is located in Volnay, in the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy . Pierrick Bouley represents the sixth generation in charge of the estate. He arrived on the farm in 2009 and took over all management since the 2014 vintage. Gradually, he modified the vineyard's working methods, drawing inspiration from biodynamics . The 9 hectare vineyard is spread over 41 plots, the majority of which are planted with old vines.

Aloxe-Corton is made from Pinot Noir from a 0.30 hectare plot. The harvest is manual and then the grapes are sorted, destemmed and not crushed. The winemaking is natural, without any input. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels , without new barrels.
