Château Peybonhomme Les Tours - Le Blanc Bonhomme 2022

Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours is located in Cars, in the Blaye Côte de Bordeaux appellation. The Hubert family has been based at Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours since 1895 and 6 generations have succeeded each other since then. They also own Château La Grolet in Côtes de Bourg. Both areas are certified biodynamic .

Blanc Bonhomme is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (50%) and Sémillon (50%) . Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, in concrete vats and in new barrels (40%). Aging lasts 6 months with regular stirring.

Grape varieties: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Sémillon
