Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey - Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2021

Maison Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is located in Chassagne-Montrachet, in the Côte de Beaune sub-region in Burgundy . The estate was created in 2005 by the couple Pierre-Yves Colin (the son of Marc Colin) and Catherine Morey . They own plots in several Premier Cru sites in Saint-Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet and also purchase grapes from several Grand Cru vineyards, including Bâtard-Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne. In the cellar, Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey does not use the stirring technique and favors contact with the lees and aging in barrels.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
