Kina Karo is located in Lagrasse, in Languedoc . The House was founded in 1928 by André Carreau, and was taken over by Aurélien Carrelas in 2020. Kina Karo is a natural aperitif made from plants and wine. The entire range is produced without preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.
White vermouth is a blend of 20 plants (sage, chamomile, thyme, wormwood, bupleur, etc.) cold macerated in a neutral alcohol. Secondly, the aromatic plants infuse into a dry Occitan white wine made from the Marsanne and Grenache Blanc grape varieties . It can be used to make the Moscow Mule cocktail.
