Bob's Bitters is a brand of bitters founded by Bob Petrie in London, United Kingdom . Bob Petrie was serving as pastry chef at several high-end Michelin-starred restaurants when he was approached by legendary bar director Guiliano Morandin to create a bespoke selection of bitters. Their idea was to create a small range to reflect the varied flavor profile of gin's botanical ingredients, including cardamom, ginger and grapefruit. The resulting bitters were so well received by the bar industry that Bob took it a step further by creating a suite of single-ingredient bitters to use to enhance a specific note in a cocktail. Bob's Bitters philosophy is based on the use of the highest quality ingredients and an artisanal manufacturing process.

Bob's Bitters Cardamon is a cardamom bitters that also features notes of citrus and eucalyptus. It adds a spicy note to bourbon/whiskey, gin and rum cocktails.
