Domaine de Leos - Cuvée Augusta Rosé - Magnum 2023
Domaine de Leos is located in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, at the gates of the Luberon in Vaucluse. The property was acquired by the singer Patrick Bruel in 2007. From 2008, and for 10 years, the estate was the subject of restructuring, protection and planting work. The Domaine de Leos property extends over 41 hectares and is planted with vines, olive trees, truffle oaks, almond trees, pine trees and lavender. Beehives are also found in this ecosystem.
The Leos wine estate covers an area of 13 hectares. Joël Gayet is implementing the Leos project on behalf of its owner in collaboration with Solène Gayet (director of L'Olivier de Leos), Marie Barbé (operations director), and Aurélien d'Arzac (commercial director of Domaine de Leos). Leos). To carry out this initiative, the team benefits from the expertise of various professionals, including Pauline Lagarde for ecological aspects, Stéphane Derenoncourt and Julien Lavenu for viticulture and oenology, as well as Christine Cheylan for the production of olive oil. The creation of Leos cuvée Augusta wines is carried out in close collaboration with Nicolas Jaboulet of Maison & Domaines Les Alexandrins.
The Augusta Rosé vintage is a blend of Grenache, Bourboulenc and Vermentino .
