Cognac Jean Luc Pasquet - Confluences - Bord de Mer - L.30Y - Cognac Borderies - 49%
The Maison de Cognac Pasquet is located at a place called Chez Ferchaud-Eraville, in Bellevigne in Charente . In 1970, Jean-Luc Pasquet inherited from his uncle Albert and became responsible for the family farm comprising 8 hectares of vines in Grande and Petite Champagne. The estate has expanded to 14 hectares, cultivated since 1995 using certified organic farming . The 20 hectoliter still makes it possible to obtain fine and rich eaux-de-vie resulting from a double distillation which will then be aged for a minimum of 4 years, i.e. 2 more years of legal aging in wood to obtain the name “Cognac ". The House is today operated by Jean Pasquet and his wife Amy, of American origin.
This Cognac from the Confluences collection comes from the Borderies vintage, and 309 bottles were produced for this Lot L.30Y .
