The Bigallet distillery is a family business located in Isère. It mainly produces fruit-based syrups and aperitifs but also regional fruit and plant creams and liqueurs as well as candies and nougat.
This liqueur is made from water, sugar and infusion and distillation of spruce fir buds, plants and honey .
