The Giffard Distillery was founded in 1885 by Émile Giffard , a pharmacist in Angers . At the time, he carried out research on various drinks and developed a mint-based liqueur with refreshing and digestive properties, the famous Menthe-Pastille. Four generations later, the company has remained family-owned, it now employs 87 people and exports its products to more than 10 countries on four continents.
Giffard Fleur de Sureau Sans Alcohol is made from an infusion of hand-harvested elderflowers in white wine vinegar. This liqueur can be used in classic cocktails like the Negroni, the Aviation and the non-alcoholic Spritz.
