The Katsaros distillery, located in Tyrnavos, Greece, is recognized as the oldest distillery in the country producing an authentic and traditional Ouzo. Founded in 1856 by Nikolaos Katsaros, this family-owned business has preserved an ancestral know-how for over 160 years, with the fourth generation jealously guarding the unique manufacturing secret of this iconic Greek spirit.

This exceptional Ouzo Tirnavou is crafted from the careful distillation of 14 herbs and seeds, slowly distilled in a traditional copper still. This artisanal method gives the spirit a complex flavor, rich in aniseed and spicy aromas, representative of the Greek terroir.
